If you have SS86 Scourge, you already know what you're getting into. This Cybertronian Dracula-with-a-goatee wannabe is just as amazing as his previous release as Scourge. Having him with the other Heralds of Unicron is an absolute treat and now that I see them together, I'm not sure which paint job I like more.
The only thing I would've changed is the backdrop. I kind of wish the backdrop would've been the death of Ultra Magnus with Galvatron ordering the poor commander's execution, as grim as that sounds.
Overall, like Scourge, I definitely recommend this figure. If you missed out on SS86 Scourge, Get. This. Figure.
