PROs: Got it on sale for $129 and that's exactly where I think it should have been since day one. It's that one missing MP that some of us have been waiting on that finally filled the missing gap so kudos to XTB for making it happen.

CONs: Those small batteries for the remote could have been included, OR, option 2, the micro usb port could have been placed a little lower so that we could still play the sounds without the use of remote. Where they placed the charging port is awkward, because the heads of the judges end up hitting the cable there if the figure is manually operated from the egg itself.

I read a review of the defects and was hopeful I received 1 without! Nope my rotates and slows down and sometimes need assistance rotating with the blue lit figure head! I accepted it because and only because of the price TF source sold it for!!!

Excellent weight. Excellent detail. Easy to use. Order 14500 AA size 3.7 volt battery as it doesn’t come as easy to get as most other batteries. Being able to charge without taking out is a plus.

Beautiful, but poorly engineered, and executed.
Mine arrived with a drastic tilt to the dome, which prevented motorized rotation. Lights & sound, were subsequently effected by the same issue. If this figure gets revised & re-released, I may attempt another purchase. But, it’s not yet ready for the limelight.

This is a amazingly detail toy. Some of the reviews gave it okay reviews. Mine did arrived fine. Everything was intacted and not broking. Just take your time with it. Can't man handle the toy. It does have some weight when it's assembled. The voices are the same as the movie and tv show. The only down fall is the battery. I easily found it. Just type battery junction in Google. They came pretty quick.
The con is the price. A little expensive for this guy. But if you want one that's just like the cartoon and movie this is it.

Positive- looks great and the faces are spot on. Paint is nice. Metal and heft are good. Poseable tentacles are fun to pose with other figures.

Size scale is a little bit large I feel. but it does help make it feel menacing next to other MP figures.

Negatives- Grey paint scratches easy just from putting on the faces. Faces don't all sit well.
Doesn't come with batteries- I took the time to track down the exact battery type needed and the electronics in mine just wont work. Nothing turns on. tried multiple batteries, nothing. Checked the cabling and it looks secure. Not wasting my time taking it apart to see what the issue is. Meh.

I've never written a review before but his one just hit the button. I've been collecting for almost 10 years now and this one just really disappointed. I was so looking forward to this release It looks great but for the price. ..I wouldn't buy it again.
Upon opening the package, one of the horns fell off the "judgement" face and I had to glue it back on. Mind you, this is right out of the box.
The paint scratched immediately upon putting on the faces. When I went to check the battery hold in the base of the figure, the power cable disconnected and I had to take apart the entire thing to reconnect it. The "death" face doesn't fit properly in the slot and jiggles a bit. The tentacles just "fit" into the holes. No clicking mechanism or something to keep them tighter in place, so they do have a tendency to fall out when positioned.
Yes it is heavy, yes it is scaled nicely with other masterpiece figures, but for the $175 price tag...no way. Deeply disappointed in xtransbots for putting out something so substandard. The details could be a lot better than what they are. You have to buy a specific rechargable battery for it to work, when it probably could have easily been. "AA" battery to power it.
Out of the nearly 60 third party figure I have purchased, this one disappointed the most, mainly because it's so expensive for what you get.
If you really want to buy this, wait for it to go on sale or clearance because this just isn't worth the price tag.
