Transformers Adventure is a toyline sold only in Japan that ran parallel to the Transformers Robots in Disguise toylines released in the US market.  Transformers Adventure was the name of the animated series in Japan that was known as Transformers Robots in Disguise in the US.  Transformers Adventure features many of the same figures released in the US in the Robots in Disguise toyline and applies unique color schemes, metallic paint applications and all come packaged in exlcusive Transformers Adventure Packaging.

Sorry, it had to be said. Love these guys. They're the Rosencranz and Guildenstern of Transformers! But only get them if you're planning on getting Laserbeak and Buzzsaw while you're at it. Those two are phenomenal! And as long as you've got those four, might as well get Ratbat and Ravage to be a completionist.
