As others have said, it's a little smaller than expected for the price, but everything else is *quality*. The jet mode is sleek and trim and doesn't belie that it turns into a humanoid mech. and transformation is satisfying without venturing into frustrating, and the mech mode is incredibly detailed and articulated, and everything feels solid and well constructed. I have not yet had any issues with the tabs near the landing gear, but will double check on my copy.
Definitely worth picking up if you've been eyeing it, I was quite impressed when I opened the packaging (which is also top notch).

This figure is about as perfect as a figure can be. Very sturdy material, precise tolerances, clever transformation, and looks great in both modes. If this first entry is anything to go by, then I'm extremely eager for future figures in this line.

One design flaw: there are two tabs, that are simply too long to withstand the physics involved with untabbing them - which is part of the transformation as well as deployment of the landing gear.
Frankly I don't see how they could possibly NOT break eventually. One of mine broke right out of the box -first thing I did- and the other one already has a stress fracture running through it.
Fortunately what remains after the break is enough to still function as a tab, it is also fairly unnecessary as the flap it tabs in place is already not going anywhere due to the tightness of the hinge it's on.
Additionally the tabs are fully concealed in jet mode and only see daylight when deploying the landing gear. In bot mode they are exposed but on the back of the thighs. So imo they don't warrant an exchange. Particularly when the replacement is certain to have the same issue.
Assuming you can get to them without breaking them in the first place, I would advise filing them down a bit more than half way - which is where they will fracture anyway.
Imo this doesn't detract from the figure aside from being a bit of a glaring oversight for a fig with a $200 price tag. I would go with 4.5 stars if I could.
It's also a bit small for the price. Essentially Studio Series size, but aside from the above the engineering is outstanding.
Comes with a display stand that works for both modes. The box has a neat display panel that functions as a comic book.
