This was the 2nd 3rd Party set I bought (the first was Fans Hobby Overlord, which is an incredible model) and I just adore this.
Minor quibble? Some of the combiner joints are super tight, other joints (on the Breast Warrior animals, or aeroplane mode wings, for example) are floppy.
Excellent set. Really true to the spirit of the characters and their appearances in Victory. Transformations are challenges, but manage to stay the right side of being obnoxious. I'm a little worried about breaking some of the joints with repeated play but so far all holding together well.
The combined mode is superb - quite stable, tall, gorgeous. The mace-spear-chain-thing is a very cool addition (though it can split into three separate pieces, I've no idea if it's meant to be storable/wielded by the team when they're not combined?)

I was gobsmacked when I saw this set was reissued and in stock here at TFSource. After very little deliberation, I ordered it because I love Transformers Victory and you don't get many figures from that series. Getting the complete Breastforce team that combines into Liokaiser, plus their Breast Animals in one box was what really did it for me.
The figures are fantastic, very high quality and wonderfully detailed pieces. The transformations are enjoyable and not overly complex. The only complaint there is the bad instructions and the fact that getting some stuff to tab in can be a chore, but they're not bad at all. The only other negative of the set is that one of the chains on the Electromagnetic Nunchaku came undone from the center section after I took it out of the box and collapsed it. Though, that's not an issue for me as I have him displayed with it collapsed anyway. Those are the only negatives of this set, and they're nothing compared to how awesome this set is. Plus, since this reissue has the Renewal Version joints, he's rock solid in combined mode.
So, yeah, if you're a Victory and Liokaiser fan, this set should be a no brainer, especially with the renewal joints.

I really like the look of this set when fully combined, but I got this figure through the Vintage service, and it had a few issues that really should have been fixed prior to shipping (though I guess that was why it was half the normal price for the set).
First off, there were no instructions included at all. So, I had to look up online videos for the transformations (not a huge deal, just slightly annoying).
The big issue was the broken parts and shoddy connections for the combined mode. The right knee peg is damaged, meaning the leg robot doesn't peg in securely. Also, two of the smaller pegs connecting the lower body to the upper body were broken. Thankfully, neither of these pegs were critical to the combination--they just helped keep things a bit more stable. Finally, the chain for the spear-nunchuck was also broken, but that's not really a deal-breaker since I planned on displaying it in the spear mode anyways.
As for the good, this set looks really nice and, despite the broken knee joint, doesn't have a problem holding a straight-legged pose (I just can't do any poses more dynamic than that). The individual bots look really good, too and the figure has plenty of heft.
A decent buy at half off, but would have preferred something with no broken parts.
