This is a great figure - Proportions are very cool, articulation, transformation, and details all spot on. Make Toys succeeds here, much recommended.

This is yet another poorly engineered product from MakeToys. I really should have learned my lesson by now, but this will be the LAST figure I buy from them. The knees and ankles are so loose (along with the arm flap hinges), that it is not very poseable, ESPECIALLY when combining with Buster Stealthwing. Not worth the price at all.

This is THE Prime if you are collecting CHUGs. It scales at about an OM voyager class transformer. The figure is articulated to the 9s! Not only that, but the transformation is rewarding. There are some tight fits that need to be worn down a bit but I'd rather have that than a loose figure.
The figure is solid. The design is great, a beautiful love letter to all the flat nose truck designs that came before it.
So pick it up. You won't regret it.

I love this return to cybertron looking mode the articulation on this guys is beyond incredible and the transformation is clean. This is by far my favorite OP yet! Only downside is the figure can be a bit fiddly but nothing bad

People are complaining about the truck mode. However it looks like a space truck rather then a human truck. Which I appreciate. he is taller then the average voyager but still really nice!

Quick and simple review......
Striker Manus is a fantastic figure, both in quality and sculpt. The robot mode is an amazing update to a CHUG style prime as others have noted. It's hard to explain but it actually feels good in your hands, like something HasTak SHOULD be making today.
The quality is hands down top notch, there is no question after handling him almost every day that Make Toys is on a roll and has me interested in buying into the line with Rioter Despotron in particular.
But just like others have mentioned the Alt-mode has that serious eyesore of a gap around the windshield and the accessories seem more like an afterthought then a serious design choice. But who is buying Prime for his truck mode these days? And I'm sure I have an extra gun or 2 lying around, no biggy.
Simply put Striker Manus is an overall great choice and has more positives than negatives, but I feel for the size a minimal included accessories this line should be priced closer to the $50 mark to really be competitive. It is a great figure but there are much better choices for $80.
At this price point 4 Stars from me.

Striker Manus is an excellent update for a CHUG Optimus Prime. In Robot Mode, he shines bright with unsurpassed articulation and quality craftmanship. Excellent paint apps make him a top quality figure. However, in Alt Mode, he's kind of a mess. Visually, he doesn't look like a real truck. Maketoys should've put the extra money into bringing the windshields forward over the grill. It's an unfortunate shortcoming in an otherwise top notch figure. Also, his cannon is weak. While it's a nice homage to the Classics Op Prime's weapon, it doesn't look good. I think if they had included an updated version of his Blaster Cannon in addition to the Wind Vane Gun, it would be no problem.
Because of it's short-comings, I couldn't give it five stars. All in all, Striker Manus is a definite "BUY". He looks fantastic on a CHUG shelf.

I love this figure. Love the look the articulation the transformation. The only reason that this does not get 5 stars is because the sides of the truck which fold up on the sides of the arms in robot mode are a little loose but outside of that this is really an amazing figure.

This is a high quality figure. The articulation is great in robot mode. The alt mode doesn't look the greatest, its ok, but it makes up for it in everything else that it is.
I hope that the next Cross Dimension figure is at this level, because I will buy it. I might just buy another Striker to support this line.

If this is any indication of the quality of toy we'll be getting from the cross dimension line, I am BEYOND excited. Such a great fig.

Very good figure, except on mine in particular there is a misassembly (the left arm forearm flap being the wrong side flap) which causes the vehicle mode to suffer, but since I bought it mostly for the robot mode it's still a great figure with a plethora of articulation and a gorgeous sculpt.

Great sculpt, great transformation. The headsculpt looks even better in person, with a great dimensionality to it. Transformation is simple enough although I can not get the side leg plates tab in correctly for truck mode, this might be my issue. Truck mode is great. I actually enjoy the translucent plastic with mechanical details underneath; I have always been a fan of that look. There is an obvious homage to the matrix in the front chest window, which before release made me wonder if the chest would open up. No dice, but still a wonderful athletic and heroic rendition of Optimus. The first Optimus related figure, unofficial or otherwise, that I have purchased since MP-01, and of course this guy is in much better scale with my collection and also not so unwieldy to handle. Maketoys does not disappoint. I can only hope for a trailer, however. The decepticons in the pack-in comic continuity are wearing dinobot parts- so how about Striker's trailer be made up of decepticon parts, that he can attach to himself to become Optibruticus Prime? Just a thought.

I had to make my own custom Classics/Henkei/Universe/Generations Optimus a while back because the Classics version was a bit too short. I was very happy with it until I saw Striker Manus, who I was quick to buy to replace it.
Couldn't be much happier with that choice.
Although I'm not 100% nuts about the alt mode, it is pretty cool and the robot mode is just great. Feels like a highly articulated action figure and looks excellent.Although out of 10 I would give this figure a 9, the minor issues keeping me from giving it 5 stars out of 5 are: The inner parts you can see inside his chest windows are too close to the window itself, making for an alt mode that doesn't look like someone could ride in. Extendable rifle end tends to slide back into its base too easily. Feet could have used a better rear stabilizing part to stand better in some poses.
