So I've had my eye on this figure for a while now. I love the details of this reimagined version. I'm new to collecting MP scale and collecting Modern TF's; so what held me off for so long was lack of scale details. But once the MPG version came out I realized this is MP scale. I'm not anti takra but the whole cartoon accurate thing is annoying. I wan realist looking alt modes and something that's not just a bunch of plastic boring squares. This is a level up.

I love this figure! It's a great Ginrai / Powermaster Prime and it is large and imposing. It has a lot of detail and small paint applications. Transformation took me a while but it was worth it. I eventually bought the God Armor guy and added him on. I even bought a second figure so I could just display in Powermaster mode.

This guy is really great, as much as i want to give him 5 stars i just can't for the life of me to get everything tabbed together properly in combine mode. It has to be absolutely perfect and if you make the slightest movement everything comes undone. Other than that this guy is amazing.

Great figure. Solid all the way around. The only issue I had was connecting the cab to the waist in combined mode. It’s very fiddly and the tabs on the top of the cab where the head meets are a pain to keep tabbed. But once you have it all dialed in it works nicely. Really cool modern version of an iconic figure from my childhood.
