AD20 Black Knight Grimlock is part of the Japanese Lost Age toyline which was released in Japan by Takara Tomy as part of the Transformers Age of Extinction movie toyline.  The Japanese releases used primarily the same molds as the US releases but with some notable exceptions which were Japanese exclusive figures.  Some of the figures also featured more screen accurate color schemes and each figure comes in Lost Age packaging with Japanese on it.
