4 out of 5 stars overall

This is not a figure to miss. Eligos looks nearly perfect in both modes and the extras he comes with are really nice. You get a tiny not-Galvatron pilot for jet mode, an extra face with the black goatee look, and alternate metallic red painted eyes.
The reason I can't give him a full 5 stars is because his cockpit section would not peg into place due to the pegs simply not fitting into the holes. I have heard of a lot of people having this issue. It was fixed easily enough just by sanding the pegs down some but it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

Love the figure has qc issuses mine has diffent colors for his feet. Has no led components or led switch as said in it's features. Never found the compartment for the battries. none was found in the insturctions either. Nothing has been said about it in the videos either of this figure. Love it but he will stay in robot mode.

I really like this figure, so don't get me wrong by this.
There are just problems that I feel cannot be ignored. Such as the cockpit being on a loaded spring which has you unknowingly lifting it up during transformation. If performed incorrectly, you will break the lock that holds it. This causes the cockpit to remain while transforming back to robot mode. While it doesn't really break the figure, it is a concern I have because I don't think something should just break that easily. All it took was a small push to break it. There also wasn't a large warning, which I feel was needed.
The upper part of the torso has a problem where one side will not raise the cockpit piece from the back of the body to fit in the nosecone of the jet mode. It's just stuck in one place, being unable to move at all. I'm afraid it might break if I attempt to force it.
The transformation itself is very complex, needing a lot of movable parts to be placed in the proper position to create a really amazing figure. The design of the figure in robot and the altmode is great, look-wise. However, I feel there are things which could of been improved upon. Such as the way the hands store. At some point I was afraid the thumbs would break because of the way they squeeze into the thrusters.
These are the things I am unhappy with. Do I regret the decision of buying? Not really. It's still a great figure, the most accurate that I have ever seen concerning the character himself. I just feel like more could have been done to ensure safety of the figure itself. It is worth adding to the collection though. You just have to be really careful.

I was able to play with my friend's that came in at his place yesterday. Very tight and balanced. The die cast feet will keep him from falling over for sure. I have seen the videos of his knees being loose or the jet mode not squeezing together right, but this one shows none of that. Par Excellence!
