I love this figure!! I would love to see a repaint of him into a decepticon or a shatter glass version. The plane mode is one of a kind and we need more of them.

I almost wanted to give it 3 stars at some points and here is why -
The shoulder blades and the wings connected to them are two independently moving parts but they can also be rotated as one unit on each side. And then, you have the ab plate that follows. Now third row down on the instruction; picture is showing that the wings and the scapular (frontal) shoulder blades are moved together as one unit and flipped over at 180 degrees. In reality though, the shoulder blades were only turned 90 degrees, while the wings were turned 180. That part got me frustrated a bit because I started forcing other parts to get the cockpit pulled forward. Having figured that part out, the rest were not so bad.
Cons: Instruction missed a detail. The hands that don't completely fold into the forearm. Iron Factory could have made that an interchangeable hand with a gun, missile, or bomb alternate. That flawed legacy design should have already been addressed at this point and made to look more modern like the rest of its parts.
Pros: It's a different take on Powerglide that I actually like. It's really in-line with the rest of IF's aesthetics. The tail can also be transformed a couple of different ways, one of which can mimic DX9 Richtofen's tail just to make it a bit less exaggerated, because otherwise he looks more like a camera drone.
All-in-all, frustrations aside, I think this one is okay.

Decent figure for what it is especially at this size. Its just they are too small for my taste. Lesson learned. No more IF figures for me.
