The bot I received was very obviously returned as the knee joints had been placed backwards and the legs had several wear marks on them. However, being a HUGE fan of Generation Toys I got to work. First figure of the series and I love him!

Highly detailed and very well made, I purchased this as a collectable so I have not transformed it, the sleeve is very artistic and almost 3D, the box is very sturdy and has a soft spongy Styrofoam to keep your collectable from moving

First time ordering but I have to say I am very happy and will definitely buy the rest of the set and more.

The plastic of this model has a matte finish which makes the rest of my collection (all Hasbro) seem a little tacky. I'm quite smitten with the quality of this plastic. This Mixmaster homage, is well articulated and approximately Voyager scale. The packaging is very well done, too.

So why 4 stars? As mentioned: the gun handle is a little short, though it stays in place adequately, and the rear wheel kibble does just hang off the shoulders. But furthermore, the lower part of the knee joint was installed incorrectly on both legs. To fix this I had to remove 4 screws on each leg, disassemble the thighs and knee joints swap the pieces in question and then position them correctly. This was not difficult, but it should be unnecessary.

After receiving Scraper last month I was super excited to get Generation Toy's next figure. After spending a few days with this guy I can honestly say he's a good figure. There are more flaws in design with Mixer than there were with Scraper. They are:

More vehicle mode kibble (the rear wheel panels just hang off of the shoulders

Gun handle is too short

Legs are a bit un-intuitive to transform and don't look super great in general

Overall Mixer is a solid B and still one of the better toys you can get at the moment. Recommended!
