He's fun to mess with and very good looking but my copy came with a very obvious missing leg panel.

Super poseable, incredibly well detailed and looks great next to my transcraft Bee. Has a lot of interlocking parts that don't snap together and some parts that don't even fit. I'm not all that mad about it though, but I imagine if he's this flimsy in plane mode it might not be as fun.

My personal preference in transformers toys is for realistic looking alt-modes. For reference, my favorite toy is the original Masterpiece Starscream because his jet mode is perfect. I've been waiting for a figure like "Thunder Warrior" for a long time. So many transforming jets just look awful in jet mode, with half a robot hanging under the wings, I can't stand it! So when this figure came along I was thrilled. Can confirm, he looks incredible as an F4 (even if the proportions are slightly off). Jet mode is a thing of beauty: huge, great paint and virtually no bot kibble. Bot mode is equally impressive visually, but overall is slightly marred by the somewhat fiddly connections on the lower legs. Honestly, I don't care if the Zeta version might be better (though I ordered that one too), this figure is worth having on its own merits.
