A great figure that's quality is well over the price that its in the market for which is impressive. Its a interesting take on the toy G1 Vortex bringing him to modern times.
The big helicopter mode is amazing you wouldn't think it was a Transformer but maybe a model display piece. Robot mode looks like a brute yes its panel kibble heavy but seeing the alt mode it gets a pass, overall Zeta is on a good roll I cant wait to complete this set...
And form Bruticus!

Let's face it, we all know he is ugly as all frak in robot mode due to the panels. But man in his copter mode he sure looks like a model minus any real paint apps.
But who are we kidding right? We are buying this guy for a worthy Bruticus. I honestly could not be happier with what we are getting from Zeta.
This line will be a BEAST in the end.

Zeta Toys......seems like they needed to get this out quick, since the new Zeta company parted ways from Toyworld, so the buyers don't panic, or lose interest. I'm a fan of Bruticus, so I bought it regardless. The helicopter mode is so nice, and realistic. When transforming Vortex into robot mode, all the panels to fold doesn't bother me, but once they're hanging all over the limbs, and the cumbersome back kibble, it looks a little ridiculous. But, in saying that, I do like it's stoutness, and it does pose well, with only a little limitation. There are a few nice touches in robot mode as well. It's strengths will come through more, once it can combine with the rest of the Zeta Toys combaticons.
