The parts don't fit together. They're too tight and some that are supposed to move end up just shearing the plastic apart.

Great set, like to see more like this in future Warbotron sets. The set DOES have issues though.
The thigh swivel doesn't work well on X-ray unless you shave small amounts of plastic off. Also unless you like painting, the figure isn't gonna look that good (eye needs painting yellow & ears silver). The gun is good but is a bit plain in just grey (again, might want painting) and not just Warbotron figures, such as hasbro Bruticus can hold some components. Nice cheap set at $15.99 or approximately £12. Highly recommended by me. ( just to mention you do build this from sprues)

1. Enjoyed assembling this guy again only I took my time and used an exacto knife for precision cutting. Also shaved off some plastic so the leg/thigh could twist and not snap off. Did not over tighten the screws so as not to discolor the plastic bits.
2. Weapons set got the same treatment as notshockwave. Made sure everything was done with precision and care. Last time I gold plated the knives and sword blades and attached them to my dry brushed Bumblebee. Ended up with one sick looking bot!!! This time it's for a custom Combiner Wars G2 Bruticus I'm working on that's already looking b__ a__!!!

Very good looking, very good alt mode, bad construction instructions, pieces to form legs are shit, I almost broke everything, even have to cut some parts to everything go in place. The size doesn't match with anything other Transformers line.

Well i have to say .. I truly love the Shockwave figure... but the only flaw and inturn on mine was a fatal one.. the legs do not go on easy .. Like extremly hard to the point on broke trying to get it on. I will be ordering another because like i said its great.. The gun that you build is incredible . i have my coworkers putting in orders.. 100 out or 10

well crafted, transforms easily, just remember to use a little sand paper or a file to scuff some points and make life easier for yourself.

X-ray has awful qc, & broke in several places while assembling, despite most careful efforts. Gun set is ok though. worth it?

I knew about the mushroom peg on the hip, scraped out the slot, pressed as carefully as I could, and it STILL snapped. Not pleased.

That said, the big gun is neat. Everything looks good and pegs together well. And X-ray is nicely proportioned for a little fella. It's just unfortunate I needed Krazy Glue to complete the build.

Just letting yall know this kit will need modification to work properly. When joining x-rays hip piece to thigh piece there is a mold disfunction on the thigh slot. You must scrape the extra material inside toward the top out or the hip tab won't go in, you will break it. Take as much material out as possible then put butter or grease on the hip tab and press with your fingernail on the tab as you twist the hip. Then run hot water when finished to remove grease or butter.
