The buggy hood that forms the backpack should be able to fold flat against the back and some of the ratchets could be tighter, the brain master gimmick could work beter and they should paint the eyes instead of using light piping. Otherwise he's good. Looks 80% toon accurate, decent articulation, sturdy.
