I just received this today and I love it!
Construction is very nice and sturdy. I was pretty rough with it during transformation and it never felt like it was going to break.
Despite what some have said in other reviews (on other tetrajet figures), I found the head sculpt to be of good quality. the face could've been better, but I've seen worse from hasbro (Yes, I'm looking at you Leader class Jetfire!). His shoulder mounted canons tend to pop off easily, but other than that, he is great!
I would recommend this figure to anyone!
I needed a Sunstorm for my Decepticon jets, and this was the perfect way to add him.
God posability too, the only real issue is the wrists don't have a joint, but since few Hasbro figures have this either, I'm not too concerned over it.
Tetrajet mode is where Solarblast really shines. It is a great representation of how they appeared for the 15 seconds or so of the first episode of G1.
A very fun figure. I plan on getting more!

I picked up a couple others and really liked them and at the $25 price just grabbed a couple more. Nobody can beat the price on these for size and quality offered compared to other 3rd party toys.

I got the complete set of these and was surprised at how strong these are. The plastic quality is not cheap but appears that way because there is many thin panels to allow the transformation to happen. if you know how to transform things line up but because its complex so a rookie might have some problems figuring out the transformation. I have been pretty aggressive with a few of these learning to transform them and no breaks or stress marks so im very pleased.

I actually like this toy...The cybertronian jet mode is the selling point to me from Gen 1.and I always wanted a "Sunstorm figure"I was afraid due to the horrible review it got. But what the heck right. My only real beefs with this little dude are THE INSRUCTIONS SUCK!!!! and h is a very difficult Transform wth all of the little pegs.

I really want to love this toy (it was much larger than I expected - not quite Voyager size, but definitely the older, large Deluxe scale). Unfortunately, the plastic quality leaves something to be desired. Plastic seems thin and weak. Mine is already developing several stress marks. In addition, the little pegs that connect the wings to the back of the jet? They're a second away from snapping right off (they're that thin and tiny).
Overall, I have big concerns over the longevity of this piece and fully expect it to break after a few conversions. And you will fiddle with this guy a lot, as the transformation instructions are unintelligible. I would highly recommend finding a good how-to video, as the transformation is NOT very intuitive or very simple.
Jet mode looks fantastic, but my experience with this toy was nothing like the video posted. I'm not sure why the reviewer boasted about the plastic quality and durability, as my piece definitely isn't as high quality as some other 3rd Parties (FansProject, Toyworld, iGear). I expected more and will probably not be buying another Impossible Toy product again.
