When I first got this toy, I immediately noticed how cheap it felt. Made a very nasty clacking sound when I shook it and the plastic just feels a little cheap. With that said the engineering in the transformation is amazing!! But once you get it properly in vehicle mode its very difficult to start the transformation as everything locks together very tightly. 4/5 it is a bit difficult to transform for a deluxe and plastic feels a little cheap. I recommend this as a collector, but do not get this for a child.

The War For Cybertron video game has really mustered up excitement from us fans.Also the toys.The first time I saw this toy I thought it was a awesome counterpart to the autobot leader.When I bought the toy it was not the same story.First of all the problem with optimus is the ridiculously difficult transformation.I litterally was pulling my hair outon this one,it was truly one of the hardest transformations I atempted. Little kids that are 5-up will have a hard time.Also there is not that much articulation in the toy.Athough there are a couple of dings in there he has a pretty good robot mode. I like his rifle/blaster because it could be pluged in the holes in the side of each arm. And good color for the figure.Cybertron optimus prime has some positives and negatives.But because of the complex transformation he gets 2 stars out of 5 from me.Not highly recommended.

Generations Cybertron Optimus Prime is probably one of the most amazing we've seen from the line. Not only is he looking in originality but hes got that new feeling to him as well. Very well designed and durable! A must buy!
