The Dinosaur Robo line is where the legendary Dinobots were first born, as part of the Diaclone or Pre-Transformers line. Slag was originally known as number 2, Triceratops and featured a unique blue face and chest with a red front panel and other color variations including even chromed horns and sword! This is a great piece of vintage pre-transformers history, as this is the blue version of Slag, AFA graded an impressive 85 rating! Note: Diaclone toys never came factory sealed, yet the AFA was able to grade this figure determining it has never been opened since leaving the factory back in the 70's! An amazing feat for such an impressive and rare piece. Note: This is the original Takara Diaclone piece and not the common GIG Italian reproduction.
