5 out of 5 stars overall

I'm a massive fan of the IDW Comics so seeing such an accurate version of one of my favorite characters meant I had to give it a go, as the first piece of my collection I have to say that I am not disappointed at all with the final product.
The figure feels heavy and strong, transforming it is very satisfactory, you got a fair amount of pose-ability, the painting is great, the accessories are neat and he is just extremely well built, no part felt too stiff or too lose.
However, and this is a big letdown, because without this issue I would have definitely given it a 5 stars: The gold paint chips, and it chips FAST, one transformation out of vehicle mode and it was had a big ugly line in the gold knee area, I was very careful when handling him, and is a pain because the paint work is very well done, it clearly wasn't a rushed job, but I am now scared of playing with it too much, specially transforming him because I may scratch it again.
Worth buying? Absolutely, but be extremely careful and aware of the golden paint.

Joints are nice and work perfectly for posing and very great design

I’m very impressed with this figure, paint job is beautiful, articulation is very nice and clicks into place. Comes with a cool playing card with Stats etc, oh and a instruction manual / comic book portion that was a neat extra. When I picked up the character I thought it had a good weight to it, feels very sturdy. Overall I recommend this figure it’s a nice addition for a Decepticon fan.

My expectations were medium for this item as my past experiences with 3rd party have been touch and go. Upon reciept of a well packed box, the utter delight in opening and walking this figure through transformations and poses as an utter delight. The weight was decent for a design of this size and nature, the joints are tight without that feel of worry that something will break and he fits in nicely with the G1 series I've collected over the decades. Looking forward to adding more of this line to the collection.

The figure itself is nicely done. Both modes look awesome. Articulation is also great. There isn't major flaw in the figure per see.
But it turns out to be somewhat overpriced. A price of $120 is comparable to some figures with MP scale and complexity, but this figure is just as big as a modern day leader class figure of Hasbro (thus not as big as "old day" leader class or MP figures) and is much simpler than MP (simple transformation, no accessory other than fusion cannons to beef up price). So I think he's overpriced. Nevertheless, whether or not something is overpriced is a very personal thing and it may not be an issue for everyone.

I'm not sure what it was but when I opened the packaging and held the figure in my hands it felt just right. The right size, the right material, I'm not sure how to describe it, but it felt amazing. My only minor complaint is it came in tank mode and the instructions show how to go from robot to tank, so you kinda have to reverse the process yourself.

Only have had this figure for a few weeks, but already in love with it. Only negative I have is there was a bit of stress marks on one of the back antennas right out of the box. Other than that, absolutely love this figure and very happy with it

I've been waiting forever to get one of these and it was completely worth it. He's solid, sturdy, and the transformation is so simple but works so well as he looks amazing in both robot and tank mode. MMC does beautiful work with Kultur, making him looked like he walked out of the pages of the comic book itself. If you love MTMTE, or Tarn, or the DJD, or just transforming robots in general, this is the one to get because he's so freaking cool.

Recently got Kultur aka Tarn, and I've never been more blown away by a figure before. This figure is solid and definitely justifies its price point. I was a tad bit skeptical at first about all the good reviews, but this figure does not disappoint. The joints have the perfect level of tightness where you won't have to worry about it not holding any poses - an honest first for me for any toy. You will have to be careful when turning the bicep swivel, though. It is the tightest part of the figure. The articulation is insane, and it feels absurdly solid for a toy. I've never been happier with a figure purchase. If only the other MMC figures could be cheaper so I could have the complete DJD HAHA "Kultur" looks amazing, feels amazing, and will not disappoint.

Very intuitive, simple transformation that delivers one of the best robot mode designs I've ever seen. Everything about Kultur makes it look and feel like a true masterpiece. He's also impossible to topple over, a true rarity. Kultur looks great standing next to Spartan. =]

This is my first Mastermind Creations purchase. And based on this I will definitely be a repeat customer. Where to start first off it has that awesome ab crunch which a lot of figures just don't have these days. The paint were applied is done wonderfully. This figure is so awesome I had to do my first ever YouTube review and I made this the subject of my review if that doesn't sell you this figure I don't know what else I can say LOL.

I do not read any current IDW TF COMICS, i stopped reading at the end of All Hail Megatron, which was the end of DREAMWWAVE comics being absorbed by IDW, all stories, artists ect. It really sucked for fans like me since it also meant the death of all GI JOE related, elfquest, Robocop ect too long of a great list of great 80s derived comics and their gorgeous art.
So other than remote thin passing knowledge from within the community i had absolutely No Clue who heck "TARN" or the DJD was? Listened up more n more watched reviews n thought that besides Hot Flame, AeroAlpha, both Drifts in Feb.,2018 I'd give this really cool looking tank-thang a try. Man, i do love this freakin figure, the size, design, little stylized choices, its made me very open 2 these A Miln re-designs of alot of traditional and newish characters to me. I have only great things 2 say about this figure, quality A+, no bad qc issues like i'd heard about some previous MMC releases. Wish he hadnt been so pricey but i suppose its the going rate at this point. Just kinda difficult 2 reconcile he's more expensive than a 2 form Megatron? I guess if i were reading the books it'd make sense.

I had to look at this quite a bit online before pulling the trigger - and for me it was the paint on the legs and the sculpt. Everything looks great out of the box and just like the pics. Build quality is solid. If you like the pics - don't hesitate on the purchase.

I honestly have no complaints about this guy. He looks exactly like he does in the comic, while being a no-non-sense Transformer. I mean that in with some of the 3rd party figures, there can be busy plates and trap-door elements to make the figures LOOK like the robots from the comics and cartoon. This guy is straight-forward in his transformation, and looks awesome in both Robot and Vehicle modes. There is no issue with joints being too loose or too tight, and he has great stability for posing.
I love this guy, and am happy to have him in my collection.
