Well, the robot mode on this guy looks great and like most of the others in the Guardia set, it is as fun to pose as an action figure. I know some complain about the symmetry on the robot mode, like his one head antennae, but I think it makes him look unique and fits the character because police officers have non-symmetrical things all over their uniforms too.
His cop car mode is a bit on the dull side but it still looks pretty good.
The real down side that knocked a point off this figure for me was how the back of the car is transformed. Its just tough to do, and I think transforming figures should be fun, not frustrating.

NOTE: When I received this model part of it was broken. It was a manufacturing defect and not from TFSource. I was able to repair it with some super glue, but three of the models in this combiner line had manufacturing problems so be wary.
Vehicle mode: Solid looking police car, but you have to put stickers under the lightbar. Why not just apply some reflective paint for us? Pain to transform.
Robot mode: Love the look as it’s a classic bot feel.
Combiner mode: Another glorified shin guard. Rather disappointing as it’s just an ornament and does nothing for support.

This guy is fantastic. I love him. Even the asymmetrical ear. The only thing I would have changed is adding an actual light bar. he is a police car after all.

I've been following up the release of this figure since the colored photo releases. Though not as articulate as Axle, Rover is still a great figure. Transformation is a bit frustrating but the figure is well built and solid that there's not all that much to worry about. There are a few stiff joints but that'll wear off over time.
