Takara Tomy's Legends series features anime and comic book accurate color schemes, metallic paint applications and weapons and extra parts not found on their Western releases. Each figure is a Transformers Generations series figure recolored and remastered with paint applications and details only seen on the Japanese Transformers Legends Toyline.
The Japanese Legends Series figures are legendary characters reborn in spectacular collectible format and should not be confused with standard legends scale figures. In Takara’s Japanese Legend Series, the word “legend” refers to the status of the characters themselves. Figure scale is Deluxe, Leader, Voyager and Legend Scale similar to figures from the Hasbro Transformers Generations line.
Toygeek has a large selection of Japanese Legends Series figures instock and at the great prices you’ll love. Add LG35 Super Ginrai a Japanese Legends Series figure to your collection today only at Toygeek—your source for everything Transformers.

Takara did an outstanding job retooling the Powermaster Prime mold into the spitting image of Super Ginrai.
As for the big question, yes, these feet are actually quite stable when transformed correctly (don't attempt to rock the feet front-to-back, as the weight of the figure is intended to travel all the way down the foot), and the added articulation helps with a figure this beefy.
Plastic colors, paint and transformation feel great, with a scant few exceptions that may or may not affect your copy.
First, I know that the RIGHT hip on my copy is slightly mis-assembled, as it is pinned slightly off center from the ratchet disc, causing uneven movement and a lack of clicks past a certain point. This is also evident when going into vehicle mode, as one side doesn't play AS NICELY with putting the trailer sides together (though it should be noted that both sides are relatively easy).
Secondly, the red flap on the top of the cab likes to fly off even when exercising extreme caution opening the front of the cab to flip Ginrai's head up and down. Not sure if this is a tolerance issue or inherent in the design, but it's annoying.
