I was a little worried when I took her out about how dainty she looks, but she feels perfectly sturdy in-hand and I never had the sense that she was going to break. Transformation is a snap, which is on the one hand gratifying and on the other a little dull. This isn't a figure I'd transform for fun, that's for sure.

As others have said, her vehicle mode leaves something to be desired. It looks great from some angles, good from a couple others but disappointing from most. Still, the use of her weapons in completing the look of the mode is pretty clever.

Her bot mode is fantastic fun. A very nice, detailed sculpt and incredibly articulated. Her weapons look great and she holds all of them well, though it'd be nice if she had some tabs for storage since she comes with three weapons and only has two hands. I haven't bothered yet with the stand she comes with but am pleased to see it. Including a weapon that looks like it's meant for a friend of hers is a cute touch, if an unsubtle hint.

The one thing I don't like about the bot mode is her face. My lack of excitement for it in pictures did not prepare me for how much I would dislike it in person. It's cute enough, don't get me wrong, but it looks like it belongs on a child or at least more child-like character. Seeing the same style face on Iron Factory's other ladies actually puts me off of wanting them in spite of my overall positive feelings towards this one and my liking for the characters they homage. Seeing Iron Factory's gents all looking appropriately adult makes these faces plain irritating. On the plus side, the face makes her look like a child's toy and I did buy her more for my young niece and nephew than for me.

She's on the whole a lovely and enjoyable figure, despite her drawbacks. If you aren't put off by the face sculpt and if you don't mind a super simple transformation into a lackluster vehicle mode, you'll have a lot of fun with her. After all, even my disappointment hasn't stopped me!

Full disclosure, my opinions may be tweaked by this lovely lady being part of my first foray back into collecting TF toys.
Let's start with the good. The bot mode is AMAZING! Awesome articulation, sculpting and painting especially at this scale. I have yet to find a pose I can't get her in and the weapon storage system on her is sweet if a bit scary to use at first (especially that back storage). I especially love the face and weapons as both are works of artfull beauty.
The included stand is a nice touch and compatible with other figures in this range. Takes a bit of practice to get it into positions you may want it but still pretty decent.
Downside to this Arcee is her vehicle mode takes some imagination to enjoy. An objective look at her in this mode just screams "folded up bipedal robot". However, if you look at it through the lens of a "cybertronian" vehicle, mess around a bit with the weapon storage (and maybe get some more iron factory stuff to pile on her? I don't have much myself T__T) then you can still have a good bit of fun with her.
All that said, if you like Arcee, if the pictures hit you in the heart and you got the $20 bill (+ shipping) burning a hole in your pocket, pull the trigger! I don't think you'll regret it :D

Vehicle mode is a bit lousy and is mostly just legs folded backwards. Very simple and robot parts are easily seen from many angles. It tips backwards very easily, especially when the swords are added. It looks great from the front & top, but lousy from the side or back. Vehicle mode uses the gun to keep the legs in place, so don’t lose it.

Bot mode is really where this shines. It is not bulky which helps give it even more of a female appearance. It comes with 2 clear blue swords, gun, and another sword that looks designed for a different bot. Includes a nice stand for display. This has great articulation, especially for being so small.

Bot mode is also about a head shorter than standard Legends class size - 8CM to head, 9CM total. Weapons do not fit standard Legends class figures. Bot mode is easily 5 stars, vehicle mode is at best 2.5. Glad I bought it, but the price seems a tad high compared to Hasbro’s Legends class figures.

Scales wonderfully with combiners and her details are very nice. Comes with a figure stand to display it.

Vehicle Mode: Very much like the classic Arcee and the weapons mix well with the vehicle mode and the coloring is very nice. It's a pretty simple transformation too, so you'll see robot bits a little.

Robot Mode: Poses wonderfully and the figure stand gives you nice options.

Everything about this is pretty great. Both modes look nice though robot mode is definitely the better of the two. The price is perfect. Accessories look cool.
Got this for my wife for her birthday and she loves it.

This little one really is a LITTLE one. She's about as tall as my index finger, but is jam packed with all sorts of fun articulation, so you can get her is some really awesome poses. The plastic feels really nice and I don't feel like I'm going to crush the thing whenever I handle it. Transformation is solid, and she turns into a good approximation to her G1 vehicle mode. Weapons store nicely in vehicle mode, the gun actually integrates into the vehicle, while the two swords plug on the sides. A flight stand is also included, and has a nice little touch. It's got a couple joints in it, but a major bonus is it includes a 5mm adapter for it, so I can use it with any other figure that has a 5mm peg on its back. Now, when I first opened the box, the sword that comes with Iron Factory's Iron Giants Maiden fell out in a little plastic bag, I'm not sure if this is with all of them, or just mine (though thanks to a QR code on the instructions I did see a teaser for a redeco/retool of her in an Optimus prime "outfit", and it came with that sword colored orange and red, so that may be why it's included here). All in all, good figure, definitely worth the 20 bucks, and will definitely be picking up more of Iron Factory's products as they become available.
