Great chopper mode above average bot panels pop off to much least favorite of team so far

This guy looks fantastic in his altmode. I originally wasn't going to get him, but I had to after seeing how cool he looks as a helicopter. That's the best thing about this figure, in my opinion.
There are issues though. His landing gear is made of soft rubber. While it protects the rest of the figure from scratching, it does a poor job of holding the helicopter mode up. And they're floppy. Extremely floppy on my version in bot mode. They're supposed to sit his up on the arms but mine just flop down and are an annoyance.
He's also fiddly. So many panels and parts have to be just so but most times they just get in the way while you're trying to deal with other parts during the transformation. I haven't had any real issues getting anything to tab properly, but from what I've heard, this can vary from figure to figure.
I definitely don't regret purchasing him, but for anyone else on the fence, you might want to pass unless you love the character or don't plan to transform him very often.

Just got this figure in, I really wanted this to be fantastic but sadly it was not. It’s a labor to transform with panels pegging loosely into others that are pegged into another. The arms clip into a panel which came broken out of the box so my figures arms don’t lock into place frustrating to say the least. the landing gear is a soft plastic that barley holds up the vehicle mode and loosely colapses into itself which will only hold together if you hold your breath while in the same room as the figure. The forearms extend and barley hold them selves in place. The biceps clip into the shoulders that come unpegged at the first sign of any attempt to manipulate the arms. I really hope I can get mine replaced and it’s a better quality.
