just like the other guy said...for some reason this model is having some real QC issues right out of the box; mine I could not move the gold plate all the way down to cover the chest; it was misassembled from the manufacturer; please keep your box and all your info and make sure you transform it completely before you throw the box away

GCreations continues the Shuraking line with model 02 - Growl.
Aesthetically, Growl fits in very well with Thunderous, utilizing the same glossy grey and metallic red, though with gold chrome this time around rather than silver. Transformation is similar to the 01, but essentially flipped, with the robot's legs now formed by the front-half of the dinosaur.
Engineering-wise, there are improvements, but still problems. Many of the similar ball joints feel tighter, no longer popping off at the drop of a hat; but at the same time, symmetrical pieces are held together less with pegs and more with what can really only be called pins. The long, thin protrusions connecting the two halves of the Stegosaurus head feel MUCH more fragile than anything back on Thunderous, and being made entirely of both clear AND chromed plastic feels like it's not a matter of IF they'll simply snap, but WHEN. Also, several of the chrome-gold plates are attached with incredibly loose ball-joints, popping them out pretty much whenever one tries to pose the figure.
There have been multiple claims of QC issues with misassembly right out of the box, and I'm sad to say that includes my specimen; one of the robot mode feet was misaligned, and the entire lower leg had to be disassembled for the right leverage to fix it before I could even begin a transformation.
Overall, Growl would be probably 6.5/10, with several problems from the 01 run addressed, but new ones brought up in their stead.
