Great figure. would definitely recommend this to others. im hoping that they put out more like the rest of the dinobots so we could have a collection of them having vehicles mods like they was from cybertron.

Feels good and hefty. Great transformation. The 'not Grimlock' look is awesome.

I never got around to buying FansProject's Core, even though I liked the look of it. I was even more tempted by their limited edition show-only Severo Core, which is a repaint of the original blue Core figure as a Cybertronian Grimlock with an armored car altmode. I was a bit surprised to see it at MSRP on TFsource, and snapped it up.
Severo Core is unmistakably a 'Dynobot' pre-Earth Grimlock while also being a retool of their successful powermaster type Core figure. He comes with a wicked chainsaw weapon, missile launchers hidden in his shoulders, and a simple and effective transformation that incorporates the Core figure.
Is Severo Core a bit dated? Yes, perhaps, it's an older model, and lacks a bit of the articulation some newer 3rd party offerings have. But he looks good, feels solid, and has enough bells and whistles to justify the price, and fits in well with my Wreckers collection.
Also, who else is going to do a third party non-dinobot Grimlock figure? It seems to be kind of rare these days to do something like that, so Severo Core is unique in that aspect too.
