First the good:
Once fully put together, Hulkie looks great! Even though he ends up being about Voyager size, he still manages to capture the essence of Devastator very well. Definitely an improvement over the original Hasbro Devastator. Articulations are amazing and tight, so it holds a pose superbly. The accessories have fantastic detail.
The bad:
The individual bots are rather meh. Only two of the six bots actually roll. The rest have static tires or threads. The worst was that putting together the upper and lower torso was a pain. I had to use my dremel tool to widen the holes where the pegs fit in order for it to work.
Them's my two cents. Hope this review is helpful.

Great, everything I could hope for at this scale. Just be sure to take care of their loose parts

Great buy, a bit pricey yes but it has become my favorite by far, while not perfect as far as the individual robot modes go, they are all still very solid and the vehicle modes and combined mode are spot on, especially for the scale, very well made and detailed, surprising amount of articulation with each figure seeing as how they're so small. Amazing set and worth the buy for sure.

The vehicle modes are fairly solid, and the combined form is fantastic aside from useless hands and lacking articulation. Unfortunately it falls short in the robot mode department, and $160 is a very high asking price. If you are an extreme fan of Devastator or don't care about robot modes, go ahead and buy this. Robot mode fans may not find what they're looking for though.

I've seen some folks online balk a little at the price comparable to the Combiner Wars Devastator, but far smaller. But I've come to accept that 3rd party products are more expensive due to basic economic factors. If I have to choose between this and CW, this is the one I will get. I've been satisfied with everything I've purchased from this company, and this promises to continue the pattern. Even though it's smaller, the robot modes look to be better done than CW, and it looks like every piece of Hulkie is integral to its component robots, and except for the chest plate, there is no "cheating" by popping pieces off and on. How is it that Hasbro can't achieve the same with a larger scale and (presumably) more resources for development?
