For the bad parts:
Rocky transformation- a lot of floppy parts. I’m a very careful person. For me to break anything would be one of those ‘once every 2 or 3 blue moons’ if that. With that being said, I didn’t break any of the floppy parts I WAS afraid of breaking. It was the leg that seemed sturdy and that I trusted that just about disintegrated in my hand. The right leg fell apart into 2 pieces. Most 3rd party bots that have questionable parts to detach in act of transformation, but these pieces will not snap back into place. The front grill also has some problems staying attached- at least that can be lego’d back on.
The kicker was that this was its maiden transformation. Yes- amidst its de-virgin-ing, it lost a limb.
Analyzing theoretical: I took it out of package shortly after release, and displayed it in its out-of-box state and didn’t touch it until Biden administration. The joints probably atrophied in its 5 yr hiatus.
Folding the side fenders and stuffing them under the camper shell in robot mode, even after having Bobby Skullface teach me via the tube, who really isn’t as good as emgo. if only emgo had reviewed Speedbump.
The good thing about Speedbump, in my opinion, is aesthetically, he is the best 3rd party representation of G1 Trailbreaker. I love how after all the floppy parts are secured, he would be my favorite not-transformer- the size, the die cast. He is beautiful. The crumbling leg is a dealbreaker, though. I mean, I still have the original trailbreaker for 35 years, and parts are still in tact.
The good thing, is that he is now perfect base for starting my homemade Autobot X project.

I ordered this guy during their Black Friday sale and was very excited when it was delivered. My excitement was short lived however.
There were 2 issues i had. When I started transforming him into robot mode, one of his leg pieces broke off! I also noticed that the piece his leg was suppose to peg into was the wrong piece which belonged to his opposite leg.
Rob from TFS took care of the return process and it was super smooth! I was sent another one very quickly but unfortunately it wasn't that much better.
His foot was a tad loose and while attempting to tighten it, the piece broke. This one is tolerable though as the foot is still in tact.
Maybe the mold is wearing down and this figure just needs to be retired already. I have to say it is a really beautiful figure, but the transformation is COMPLICATED and must be dealt with carefully.
I don't discourage anyone from buying it, I just hope they don't have issues like I did.

Badcube does great work. In both truck and robot form he looks great. A lot of good detail and the dicast parts are nice. A really good all around figure. And his scale is also spot on.
My only complaint is the transformation is pretty complicated. The legs are bizarre but the backpack can be very cumbersome and hard to manage. I don't imagine I will be transforming him a whole lot. But I figure there has to be some give in order for them to make him look good in both forms. The parts have to go somewhere. So i won't dock the rating at all.
Definitely worth picking up. Especially if TFSource puts him on sale again.

This figure has a great transformation and in a way stays true to the true transformation of the g1 style figure. Badcube doesn't disappoint with any of their products. Personally what I enjoy the most about this figure is its attention to detail.

I really like the way this figure looks both the car and robot mode. I was afraid this would be a difficult transformation like Wardog. Even though the instructions were not too clear, the transformation for the legs and backpack is actually simple once you see how it works. Definitely would recommend.

Yet another awesome offering from Badcube. I have their insecticons, and old timer bots and was pleasantly surprised by both modes. I have to say this particular figure does "Not Trailbreaker" justice and is fairly close to being animation accurate. The articulation is fantastic with some very interesting engineering to get from truck mode to bot mode.
My only complaint is that this is by far one of the most complicated transformations that Badcube has done and it did take some of the fun away from the transformation process and on my version there were some paint issues around the right thigh area
For those reasons I have to give 4 stars. I still highly recommend this figure or any of Badcubes offerings.
