Overall, this is a very good figure with some minor cons that brings it down a star. I bought the red metallic version and absolutely love it. Everything from robot to dinosaur mode are excellent and the transformation is very intuitive and pretty easy. The paint is also very good and only makes it more premium feeling. Now, for the cons. Since this is the metallic version, you'll have to be very careful not to peg everything in tightly, when transforming him from robot to alt mode, otherwise you'll risk breaking the pegs when trying to transform him back to robot mode. The hip joints on mine are somewhat loose so I can see this getting worse over time. The left foot, on my copy, is extremely loose while the other is extremely tight. It's kind of hard to pose as the extremely loose foot makes it harder. I'm applying some Kiki loose joint tightener to see if it'll help out with the hips and foot. Will probably do some very, very light sanding around the pegs so that I can transform him without worrying about breakage.

I absolutely love Planet X Summanus! The colors are magnificent, I especially love the translucent spikes and the weapons are first class. Very sturdy and well made. Very happy with my purchase.
