I just received this bot over the weekend. Purchased him Thursday and he arrived Saturday. Amazing workmanship, LOVE the array of articulation, just a fun bot to have overall. Transformation is super involved, but makes it all the more worthwhile.

Overall I'm very impressed. As someone who's very nostalgic for energon and armada I've always wanted a MP prime from that series.

Let's start with the pros. I think this has a ton of both playability and display value. Transformation is very smooth and paint apps are very nice. I think fanshobby did a great job of making "fatimus" a little more streamlined while still remaining true to the source material.

Onto the cons. While poseability is good, it could be better. The worst part for me is the limited arm articulation in the shoulders in the combined mode. Paint is good but could be better. I do think at this price point they should have included the tiny battery for the chest light. I mean, I paid almost $300 and you can't include a tiny battery? Then there's the price. I don't think it's horribly overpriced but I would have liked to see this closer to $220-250.

Overall, if you're looking for a faithful mp energon prime, I don't think you can go wrong here. I did harp on the price, but there's no doubt it's a premium figure. I give it a 4/5.
