I just wish the matrix could stay in when transformed.

This guy is so tiny, but he's pretty awesome. He looks great in both modes and I love the overall look and feel of the figure.
Right off the bat, I'm going to go through the two issues that make this a 4 star figure for me. Transforming him into truck mode was no problem, but trying to put him back into robot mode had an issue. His lower arms have a panel that folds into the hole where his hands go in robot mode, and it folds back to form part of the cab in truck mode. Trying to get the right one folded forward was a pill. The left one cooperated just fine, but the right one wouldn't come forward. I had to put way too much force on it and I wound up stressing the plastic quite a bit before it relented and went where it goes. The other issue is that he came with two left fisted hands, as opposed to a left and a right. All of the other hands have both a left and a right. But, the fists are the ones for holding his gun, so mine has to be left handed or I have to give him two left hands for him to hold his gun in his right.
Without those issues, this would have been a 5 star figure for me all day. I love how tiny he is, yet he cleans up really nicely in both modes. The metallic paint is also gorgeous. The transformation is really enjoyable, except for that arm issue. I love that he comes with the trailer and even roller, plus a bonus piece that you can attach to their Huffer so he can pull the trailer, like he did in the episode "Heavy Metal War." I happen to have their Huffer and it works great.
So, yeah, solid figure with only a couple issues that have me giving it a 4 star rating. One is a tolerance issue and the other is a QC issue, both of which are major issues, in my book.
