None of the neon pieces glow. Even under UV light they are sensitive to UV light, but do not glow. Pieces are fragile and just shatter when trying to build that should snap together.

Other than that was a fun first build with some confusion about not using pieces, but you can sorta figure out how to use the blacked out pieces for weps and extra armors.
