Initially didn't get it when it was first offered, but compared to the MegaDio I feel like this is a similar end-result form with a much more solid transformation, more logical parts (not an endless flurry of hinges and armatures, which I often feel like that feels too flimsy). Great engineering, eccentric and fun color scheme. Some parts will make you shake your head in appreciation at the complexity (not shake your fist).
Bought an extra one to keep on hand as a gift, I think a slightly older kid would have no problems with this (slightly younger might get frustrated at the badly-written directions).
