I'm not the type to complain about stuff, but since I'm also not the type to lie, here goes...
The robot mode looks spot on(as far as cartoon accuracy is concerned) except for one glaring issue: There's no white. Everything that should be white is gray, and I don't mean a slightly off-white gray that looks white from a distance, I mean a very stark gray that just looks plain wrong, especially when contrasted with the actual white of the cab.
The other issues are slightly more nitpicky, but still worth mentioning, I think...
-The rifle is way too big, being very near the same size as that of MP-22.
-Obviously, the partsforming. I get that MS wanted to pay homage to the G1 toy(where the cab is a separate robot with the trailer acting as a kind of armor), but the execution is downright messy.
-The extra parts that form the trailer are neither cartoon nor toy accurate. Those kinds of accessories are usually reserved for new takes on the character ala Iron Factory. A very confusing direction.
-The trailer itself is very prone to falling apart. If too much pressure is applied in a given spot, the whole thing crumbles.
With Ultra Magnus being one of my all-time favorite characters, I really wanted to like this figure, but it falls too short in far too many areas.
Sorry, Magic Square.

It's clear from the images that some part of the trailer needs to be removed and isn't incorporated into bot mode. Okay fine.
Step one is to COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLE the trailer into TWENTY-EIGHT individual components that you then stick on your MS-B18 figure from which you also need to remove the head, hands, and smokestacks. No storage exists for any of those parts.
Honestly this doesn't even really qualify as a transformer in my book.
The end result admittedly looks pretty good without the rediculous guns and scales much better with other legends figures than MS-B04 Transporter. But that is a wildly more enjoyable design that doesn't require disassembly.
Seriously Magic Square, just upscale Transporter
